"Y'all are real lame": Coach Prime's ex-wife Pilar Sanders calls out Kansas State for tactically ruining Colorado's gameplan

The Colorado Buffaloes bounced back in Week 8 with a big win over the Arizona Wildcats, 34-7. But, last week, when the Buffs fell to their second loss of the season at the hands of No. 17 Kansas State, frustration seemed to have become the epitome for Coach Prime, even extending to his ex-wife, Pilar Sanders.

On Saturday, a vlog of the game against Kansas State Wildcats was uploaded on Pilar's official YouTube channel, PilarSanders TV. Pilar was in Folsom Field to watch her sons, Shedeur and Shilo.

In the course of the video, she expressed frustration at how well Kansas State had organized and executed the game plan, literally undoing Colorado's work.

When the Wildcats scored their third touchdown and had a 21-7 lead at the start of the third quarter, a dejected Pilar came out speaking against Kansas State's dominance. She stated:

"This Kansas State team, they're playing hard every freaking down, trying to ruin our momentum. It's not gonna work. They're lame. Y'all are real lame for this. They’ve got to stop—this is so lame." [8:10 onwards]

Pilar Sanders' reaction resonated with every Buffaloes fan, as they watched in disbelief while their team had a slow start to the game, and the Wildcats kept scoring in each quarter. The Buffs' QB Shedeur Sanders threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to LaJohntay Wester to put the first points on the board.

In response, Kansas State scored three consecutive touchdowns and maintained the lead through the third quarter. The Buffaloes, however, mounted a comeback, and with 3:12 left in the game, they even took a 28-24 lead.

But Wildcats' QB Avery Johnson’s 50-yard touchdown pass to Jayce Brown with just 2:14 remaining sealed the game for Kansas State, crushing Deion Sanders' Colorado Buffaloes.

Pilar Sanders Celebrates as Colorado Surpasses Last Season's Record

The Colorado Buffaloes, however, have won their fifth game, surpassing last season's 4-8 record. Shedeur made sure to hype up his mother as he led his team to a dominant 34-7 win against the Arizona Wildcats. Following the victory, Pilar Sanders posted on X, stating:

"Go Buffs!! WINNERS!!! 5 - 2 BABY!"

Shedeur completed 23 of 33 passes, throwing for 250 yards, with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

Pilar Sanders was active on social media throughout the game, and when her son threw a 1-yard touchdown pass to Drelon Miller, giving the Buffs a 14-0 lead, she couldn't contain her excitement and wrote:

"TOUCHDOWN GO SON!! Go @ShedeurSanders #shedeursanders"

Her elder son Shilo also impressed her with his performance, recording four tackles and a pass deflection.

"Yes @ShiloSanders GOTEM! With the #Blitz go #shilosanders #GoBuffs"

The Buffs' defense was on point, allowing just one touchdown in the first quarter and a total of 245 yards. Their offense racked up 398 total yards and scored four touchdowns, and Pilar Sanders made sure to mention them in one of her tweets:

"So yes, that’s how we take care of each other! GO OFFENSE GO DEFENSE #gobuffs"

Next up, the Colorado Buffaloes will welcome the Cincinnati Bearcats to Folsom Field on Saturday, Oct. 26.
