"You got your Daddy's public shoes only": Shedeur Sanders claps back at Shilo after being hilariously accused of wearing fake DT 96's
In a hilarious exchange caught on camera by "Well Off Media," (founded by Deion Sanders Jr.) sons of Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders, quarterback Shedeur Sanders clapped back at his brother and safety Shilo after being accused of wearing fake Nike DT 96 sneakers.
During a casual conversation on the practice field, Shedeur defended the authenticity of his prized sneakers. The back-and-forth escalated quickly when Shilo tried to claim that Shedeur’s shoes were fakes. Shedeur went on a comedic rant to prove his point.
Here's the back-and-forth exchange:
Shedeur: "These are not paint. I got all these in the bag out there. These are not paint."
Shilo: "Oh God, bro, this guy has fake diamond tur—"
Shedeur: "These are not paint. These are not paint. No, they don’t have those yet. Oh God, these aren’t paint, bro!"
Shilo: "Why would you put that on God?"
Shedeur: Because I’m telling you, these ain’t custom.
Shilo: "When do they make red ones, fam?"
Shedeur: "Just ‘cause they didn't released it to the public that mean you got your daddy's public shoes only."
Shilo Sanders: "No, I don’t."
Shedeur: "You ain’t got no exclusive!
Shilo: "I got all the ones, and I don’t have those."
Shedeur: "I’m telling you, I got seven in the bag right now that are real."
Shedeur Sanders had a hard time convincing his brother that he was wearing the original shoes and had almost seven of them in his bag.
Shilo and Shedeur Sanders receive special mention in Deion Sanders' message after his Nike DT 96 sneakers win
Deion Sanders' Nike Air DT Max' 96 won Sneaker of the Year Retro Line on Monday. The sneakers received 177 total points to come first, followed by Nike Air Foamposite 1 (160 points), Nike Kobe 8 (126 points), Nike KD 4 (100 points) and Adidas Crazy 8 (37 points).
In a special message from Coach Prime upon the win on Instagram, he thanked Tracey Teague who was involved in designing the Nike sneaker. He hopes his Prime Line will be carried by his sons Shedeur, Shilo and Deion Jr.
"Thank you Lord and thank u to all responsible for this magnificent award," Deion wrote. "I appreciate u all I don’t take any of this for granted. Tracey Teague & 1 set out with @nike to design shoes that captured who I was on the field an off. From the hood all the way to the suburbs embraced what we put on display still to this day you show love & respect. We ain’t done baby.

On the field, Deion Sanders and boys will face the BYU Cougars on Dec. 28 for the Alamo Bowl.
