Nicholas Singleton is an American football running back who played collegiate football for the Penn State Nittany Lions in the 2024-25 season. Singleton completed his junior year in April 2025. According to his college roster, Nicholas Singleton was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Year and was also a member of the Second-team All-Big Ten in 2022. Throughout his first two seasons, Singleton achieved 20 touchdowns and 1813 rushing yards with his team, as per Sports Reference. In 2024, Singleton averaged 1,015 rushing yards on 157 carries with nine touchdowns.
As a junior, Singleton led Governor Mifflin High School to an 8-1 record and a District 5A championship while playing for head coach Jeff Lang. He became the first Penn State Gatorade National Player of the Year signee and was named the 2021 Gatorade National Player of the Year.
