Notre Dame players in DraftKings Lineup today: Which Fighting Irish players you should have in Week 3
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish will look to bounce back on Saturday after a historic upset loss at the hands of Northern Illinois in Week 2. Entering their game against Purdue, sportsbooks only have the Fighting Irish as 10-point favorites in the matchup.
While some may be hesitant to start players from the Notre Dame offense that was stymied by a lower-tier opponent in NIU, the Fighting Irish have plenty of talent on that side of the ball to make a splash on DraftKings Fantasy.
Here are three Notre Dame players to put in your DraftKings lineup for the Week 3 game versus Purdue.
Three Fighting Irish Players to Draft on DraftKings in Week 3
Riley Leonard, QB ($8,200)
Admittedly, the cost isn't great for Riley Leonard coming off an abysmal Week 2 showing. However, one of Leonard's best skills is his scrambling ability which is a positive for his fantasy value.
Looking to bounce back in a big way versus Purdue in Week 3, fans will likely see Leonard use his instincts and rely on his legs. With a solid effort this week, he could prove to be worth the price tag.
Jeremiyah Love, RB ($5,700)
Love could prove to be a low-risk, high-reward pick as Notre Dame's home run hitter in the backfield. Entering Week 3, Love has been one of the few constants for a struggling Notre Dame offense.
Coming off back-to-back games averaging over seven yards per carry with 11-plus carries in each outing, Love is a reliable and efficient option in the Fighting Irish offense.
Beaux Collins, WR ($5,500)
While his fantasy production hasn't been eye-popping so far this season, Beaux Collins has been a consistent target for Riley Leonard.
Collins has posted back-to-back games with five receptions in the first two weeks of the season and could put his fantasy output over the top with a score versus Purdue.
