Top 3 visiting recruits that Texas Longhorns may land following weekend's game against Georgia Bulldogs ft. Justus Terry 

Darrell K Royal Stadium and the No. 1 Texas Longhorns will be hosting a long list of top recruits for their game against the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs on October 19, 2024. The two SEC powerhouses might be previewed as the game of the year.

1. Justus Terry

Justus Terry is a 2025 5-star defensive end out of Manchester High School in Georgia. The 6-5, 275-pounder holds offers from top college football programs like Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Florida and more.

He's ranked as the ninth player and second defensive lineman in the country and the No. 2 player in Georgia, per 247Sports. He's been a sought-after recruit and is on the Longhorns' radar, but his Crystal Ball Prediction is slated as 100% to the Georgia Bulldogs.

2. Riley Pettijohn

Riley Pettijohn is a 2025 4-star linebacker from McKinney High School in Texas. The 6 foot 1, 215-pound linebacker comitted to Ohio State on July 6, 2024, but he will be visiting the Longhorns when they play Georgia.

Pettijohn previously took an official visit to the Longhorns on June 14, 2024. He's acquired offers from Ohio State, Texas A&M, Texas, USC and others. He is ranked as the sixth-best linebacker in the country, per 247Sports. It is yet to be seen if Texas can flip him from Ohio State.

3. Kevin Wynn

Kevin Wynn is a 6 foot 2, 320-pound 2025 4-star defensive lineman from Grenne County High School in Georgia. He committed to the Florida State Seminoles on June 24, 2024, but he will be present at this weekend's Texas and Georgia matchup. He's received offers from Florida State, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, and others.

247Sports has him ranked as the 10th-best defensive lineman in the country and 10th-best player in Georgia. His Crystal Ball Prediction is listed at 100% to Florida State, but he officially visited Texas on June 14, 2024. He's been a target recruit for the Longhorns, but flipping him from Florida State may be a challenge.

Texas' 2025 recruiting class has 21 commits, four of which are 5-star, and their class is ranked sixth nationally by On3.
