Early access for the highly anticipated EA Sports College Football 25 has begun for players who pre-ordered the game's deluxe edition.
The ratings for teams in the game have given fans an idea of how competitive they can expect certain teams to be when using them in the game.
Here is a look at seven of the worst-rated teams in EA Sports College Football 25 ahead of the game's release on July 19.

#7. Vanderbilt Commodores, 71 OVR
The Vanderbilt Commodores finished with an overall record of 2-10 last season and failed to win a single game against a conference opponent in the SEC. They are rated a 71 overall in EA Sports College Football 25, which includes a 71 offensive rating and a 67 defensive rating.
Vanderbilt was ranked 129th in the country last season, giving up 36.2 points per game and 454.9 yards of total offense to opponents. Their offense was 103rd in the nation, putting up 22.8 points per game and averaging 318.9 yards of total offense.
#6. Air Force Falcons, 71 OVR
Air Force is tied with Vanderbilt, rated 71 overall in EA Sports College Football 25. The Falcons had a successful season in 2023, going 9-4 overall and defeating James Madison in the Armed Forces Bowl.
Air Force has an overall offensive rating of 66 after finishing last season with 366.5 yards of total offense. The defense earned a 64 overall ranking after ranking 12th in the country in opponent points per game last season. The defense allowed just 277.7 total yards of offense to opponents last season but lost a number of top players on that side of the ball.

The Kennesaw State Owls have a 69 overall rating in this year's game as they move from the FCS to the FBS for the 2024 season. They will join Conference USA and have to prove they can be competitive in the FBS to increase their rating in the game.
The Owls went 3-6 last season, competing in the FCS as an independent conference team. The offense and defense are both rated at 64, making the Owls a good team for players to build from the ground up in Dynasty Mode.
#4. UMass Minutemen, 69 OVR
The UMass Minutemen finished with a record of 3-9 last season and are rated 69 overall in EA Sports College Football 25. The UMass offense is rated 69 after averaging 23.2 points per game and 356.3 yards of total offense in 2023.
The defense is rated 70 overall but ranked dead last in 2023, allowing opponents 37.8 points per game.

The UTEP Miners are the second team from Conference USA to make this list, rated at 69 overall. The Miners went 3-9 last season and finished 2-6 against conference opponents.

The Warhawks are the fourth team in EA Sports College Football 25 to earn an overall rating of 69. Louisiana-Monroe competes in the Sunt Belt Conference and has an offensive rating of 64 and a defensive rating of 62.
The Warhawks went 2-10 last season and 0-8 against conference opponents. They were ranked outside the top 100 in the nation in points per game and opponent points per game last season.

The Ball State Cardinals are the lowest-rated team in EA Sports College Football, with a 68 overall. The Cardinals' offense and defense are both rated 66 and would be the toughest program for players to rebuild in Dynasty Mode.
Ball State finished with a 4-8 record last season and went 3-5 in conference games. They were ranked 122nd in the nation, averaging just 18.2 points per game.
