UCLA vs LSU Prediction & Betting Tips - September 21 | College Football Week 4

The UCLA Bruins go on the road to play the LSU Tigers on Saturday, Sept. 21, at 3:30 p.m. EDT. The game can be seen on ABC.

UCLA is 1-1 and coming off a 42-13 home loss to Indiana. LSU, ranked 16th, is 2-1 and coming off a 36-33 win over South Carolina.

UCLA is a 24.5-point underdog against LSU. The over/under is set at 56 points.

The UCLA Bruins are off to a slow start as UCLA nearly lost to Hawaii before being blown out by Indiana. Bruins quarterback Ethan Garbers has struggled as he's 33-for-61 for 409 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions in two games.

After the blowout loss to Indiana, UCLA coach DeShaun Foster said he wants his team to use the blowout loss as motivation.

“I just told them to keep that feeling that you had as soon as the game was over,” Foster said, via Yahoo. “Bottle it up and have it out here every day this week and find a way to just not have that feeling.”

LSU, meanwhile, rallied to beat South Carolina 36-33. The Tigers did not play well in the game, but Brian Kelly is confident quarterback Garrett Nussmeier will bounce back in a big way.

“He’s okay with tight coverage because he has a great confidence in his ability to put it on somebody,” Kelly said, via LSUReville. “It’s only gonna get better. ...

“I don’t know if there's a freshman or sophomore on their defense. This is a veteran defense."

This is a good get-right spot for Nussmeier and LSU to get the offense clicking and the defense to turn around. UCLA's offense has struggled, as LSU will likely get a couple of interceptions in what will be a blowout win for the Tigers.
