Former Zimbabwean cricketer Duncan Fletcher might not be remembered as a particularly noteworthy exponent of the game but his career as a cricket coach has been far more impressive. He has been the coach of two of the biggest sides in cricket - England and India - during his illustrious career.

While he helped England reach new heights, his tenure with India was not as impressive. That said, throughout his career, he worked with some of the best players of that generation and here is a look at 10 of the greatest who played under him.

#10 Sachin Tendulkar

During his tenure with Team India, Fletcher was in charge of some of the greatest players to have ever played the game and none stood taller than Sachin Tendulkar. However, truth be told, he managed the Little Master towards the fag end of his career and two years into his tenure, he retired.

Additionally, Tendulkar's record during that period was far from impressive as he only scored 1 century (the 100th one v Bangladesh) and averaged only 32.16 across the two formats (Tests and ODIs). Fletcher would definitely have wanted to work with Tendulkar when he was at his peak.
