Indian team is 2-1 behind in the Test series against England. The team for the fourth and fifth Test matches has been announced. Kuldeep and Vijay have been dropped from the squad. Prithvi Shaw and Hanuma Vihari have been added to the squad as their replacements.

It was not a good decision to drop Kuldeep on the basis of one bad Test. Team management should have shown more faith in him like they have shown in Hardik Pandya. Kuldeep was not able to find his line and length in that Test. It can happen with any cricketer.

Wrist spinners could be very effective on foreign pitches. Even England have called Adil Rashid back in the Test team for the same reason.

Kuldeep was an important character in the ODIs and T20Is for India. He surely has made a good case for himself by his performances.
