#4 Eoin Morgan (Ireland & England)
It is utterly astounding to note that an Irishman could become the first man ever to captain England to World Cup glory. Eoin Morgan, the English skipper has been instrumental in the rebuilding process of England's ODI side and such tremendous has been their progress that after that debacle in 2015, England is considered as favourites for the 2019 Cricket World Cup.
Morgan has not only been an influential leader but a dynamic batsman as well. The Irishman has raked in loads of runs during this period and is a rock-solid presence in the middle order for England.
Back in 2007, Morgan played his very first World Cup as he represented Ireland at the grand tournament in the Carribean. 4 years later he experienced the spectacle yet again but this time in the English colours and rest, as they say, we all know!
Morgan went on to become England's leading runscorer and their skipper. The Irishman led the English contingent at the 2015 Cricket World Cup, co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand.
