5 Indian cricketers who can rock the Big Bash League
There have been instances when Indian players showed eagerness to ply their trade on foreign shores, but the proposals have always been shot down by the BCCI. As per the current pattern in the Indian Cricket, not all the contracted players are involved in each format of the game.
But the reason behind the BCCI's thought process is that it will dilute the superiority of IPL and the importance of other domestic tournaments. If circumstances change in the future, the following players would be well-suited to participate in the BBL without influencing the national calendar.
#5 Rishabh Pant
The dashing left-handed wicket-keeper batsman came into the reckoning after his exploits for India in the 2016 Under-19 World-Cup. He plays for Delhi Daredevils in the IPL, and his heroics for them have earned him a retention from the franchise.
In January 2017, his domestic consistency was rewarded with a call-up to India's T20 squad for three home matches against England.
This hard-hitting left-hander can definitely make it big in the Australian tournament.
