5 players who might end their IPL career at the same team with whom they began
The most-attended cricket league in the world has completed a decade. Over these years, an emotional attachment has established among the players and their franchises, specifically with the ones they kicked-off their campaign along. The IPL auction 2018 observed many such cricketers who returned to the teams that they once represented in the inaugural edition.
Reaching the tail-end of their IPL careers, these players might find themselves lucky to play for their first ever IPL teams in the dusk of their expedition.
#5 Amit Mishra - Delhi Daredevils
Amit Mishra started his career with Delhi Daredevils in 2008. He has been the most consistent leg-spinner in the history of the tournament, picking a record-making three hat-tricks in his journey and that too for three different franchises.
In 2011, he went on to play for Deccan Chargers and then Sunrisers Hyderabad but returned to DD in 2015 to ply his skills for them. In the 2018 auction, the 35-year-old was again signed by his home side and could be his last franchise in his successful IPL career.
