A dish to be named after Chris Gayle

After setting the IPL on fire for the third year running with some trademark power packed hitting, Jamaican Chris Gayle will be on everyone’s lips, not for the sixes he smashed but because a dish is being named after him!

Gayle’s RCB team-mate Zaheer Khan came up with the plan of having a dish named after the gentle giant, since his performances have kept Bangalore in the hunt for a play-off spot this season.

Gayle, who attended the inauguration of Zaheer’s new sports entertainment lounge, named ‘TOSS’ in Pune, revealed that a dish was to be named after him, and may be priced at Rs. 175, the number of runs he had scored while mauling the Pune Warriors India.
