AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli post tweets on football practice session
Currently, there is no better sight in world cricket than watching AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli together on a cricket pitch. These two dynamic players are undoubtedly the best two batsmen of this generation.
Both cricketers have achieved tremendous success in international cricket with their respective countries and also clinched the status of legend. The 32-year-old South African has already scored more than 18,000 international runs in his career and earned the nickname of Mr. 360 degree for his for his extraordinary skills with the bat.
On the other hand, Virat Kohli is considered among the best limited-overs chasers of all time. The Indian Test captain has scored more than 11,000 runs in his international career along with 36 centuries so far and looks good for much more.

These two batsmen possess enough flair to terrorise the opposition individually but make it more difficult for the bowlers while playing together for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL. They have been in scintillating form this season cumulating close to 700 runs in six matches so far.
Apart from being two supremely gifted athletes these two are having some serious mutual respect for each other. They have been seen together sharing a laugh during practice sessions and during matches.
Recently de Villiers posted a picture of him with Kohli on Twitter during a practice session where they were playing football. The South African called it a proud moment of his football career as he ran past the 27-year-old Indian cricketer.

Responding to the tweet of his teammate, Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli also retweeted de Villiers’ post while admiring the South African and also showing his competitive nature by saying he will try to be quicker next time.

Kohli has led his team from the front as he scored 381 runs in 6 matches this season with a staggering average of 76.20 and with a strike-rate of 140.07. He has also scored three fifties and one century on the way.

The star Indian batsman found solid support from his South African mate as they have been the stars for Bangalore with the bat. De Villiers has scored 316 runs in six matches at an average of 52.66 and with a destructive strike-rate of 166.31.
