Alastair Cook completed his 25th Test century on the 4th day of the 2nd Test vs New Zealand. He is the 17th player to do so and first by an England batsman. He also completed 7500 Test runs, 7th by an England batsman. He also scored his 7th Test century as captain only in his 11th innings as captain.
He is the second youngest after Sachin Tendulkar to complete 25 Test hundreds
