Cook becomes first Englishman to reach 10,000 test runs

REUTERS - Captain Alastair Cook became the first England cricketer to reach 10,000 test runs on the fourth day of the second test against Sri Lanka in Durham on Monday.

Cook is also the 12th batsman in test history to reach the landmark.
