#6 Most extras conceded in one innings (Scotland, 1999)

Scotland Cricket Team
Scotland Cricket Team

The 20-year old record is held by Scotland when they conceded 59 runs as extras (byes- 5, leg byes - 6, No Ball - 15, Wide - 33) in a group match against Pakistan at Riverside ground, Chester-Le-Street.

With conditions being favourable for swing bowling, Scotland elected to field first and put Pakistan in a spot of bother when they reduced them to a paltry score of 92-5 after 26 overs. But a fighting knock of 81* by Mohammad Yousuf alongside Scotland's uncontrollable flow of extras elevated Pakistan to a respected total of 261.

The trio of Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akthar and Abdul Razzaq dismantled the Scotland line up with 3 wickets each and lead Pakistan to victory by a margin of 94 runs.

#5 Lowest team total (Canada, 2003)

Canada Cricket Team
Canada Cricket Team

Canadian cricket team had the most embarrassing moment in their cricketing history when got bowled out by Sri Lanka for a meager score of 36.

Being imposed to bat first, the Canadian batsmen were humbled by the duo of Chaminda Vaas and Prabath Nissanka. None of the Canadian batsmen crossed the double-digit mark, with 5 of them getting out for a duck.

The Sri Lankan team completed the run chase in a jiffy within 5 overs and handed over a humiliating defeat to Canada. With this match, Canada overlapped the lowest score of 38 runs in ODIs created by Zimbabwe against Sri Lanka in 2001/02.
