Cycle Pure Agarbathies to sponsor India's tri-series in West Indies
Earlier reports suggested that the One-day tri-series between India, Sri Lanka and West Indies haven’t had many sponsors but were expecting some in couple of days.
It has been announced that Cycle Pure Agarbathies would also sponsor this series. They are India’s largest producer incense sticks. The series is set to begin this Friday with matches being held at Kingston, Jamaica and Trinidad in the Caribbean islands.
The contract has been as follows: Cycle’s logo would appear around and on the pitch. It would also sponsor third umpire decisions and become an associate sponsor of Ten Sports’ broadcast coverage of the series.
There have also been plans revealed for Prayer Capsule, which would capture players and spectators while they are praying, according to the deal.
Arjun Ranga, the managing director of Cycle Pure Agarbathies, said: “It is an honour for Cycle Pure Agarbathies to associate with the India-Sri Lanka-West Indies tri-series.
“This initiative will take our association to the next level and reinforce our commitment to Indian cricket.”
Financial details have not been revealed.
