David Warner's switch hit against Pakistan

David Warner runs between the wickets

In the only T20I between Pakistan and Australia at Dubai, David Warner struck a fluid 53* from just 39 balls to guide the visitors to a comfortable 6-wicket win on Sunday.

After Pakistan were bowled out for a partly total of 96, Warner was on the charge despite losing partners at the other end frequently. However, he saved his best shot for last, when he smashed Sohaib Maqsood for a six in the 14th over of Australia’s innings with a switch hit.

The left-handed batsman changed the grip on the bat, stood in the pose of a right-handed batsman and hit the hapless bowler for a six. Just two balls later, Australia completed their victory with back-to-back singles.
