Here's where to watch today's IPL 2016 Free Live Cricket Streaming of Delhi Daredevils vs Mumbai Indians

It is the17th match of the VIVO IPL 2016 and an in-form Delhi Daredevils will look for a third consecutive win when they host a Mumbai Indians squad buoyed by their impressive victory against the Royal Challengers Bangalore in their last match. Delhi, who have not won three consecutive games since the 2012 IPL edition, had a miserable start to the campaign, going down with a whimper against the Kolkata Knight Riders, a match in which they were bowled out for a meagre 98 in their first innings. However, since then they have won two games on the trot, beating the Kings XI Punjab comprehensively by 8 wickets and 42 balls to spare at home, and then showing some impressive batting to chase down 191 against the Royal Challengers at Bangalore.

The Mumbai Indians have faltered, clawed back, faltered worse and again clawed back to winning ways, for their record after 5 matches read LWLLW. Their championship defence got off to a bad start against Pune, who beat them far too easily. But they bounced back with a win against the Knight Riders before losing two consecutive matches to the Gujarat Lions and the Sunrisers Hyderabad. However. they seem to have got their campaign back on track with the last win.

For Delhi, South African opener Quinton de Kock has been in sublime touch, with 184 runs already in three matches, including a match-winning ton of 108 in the last. Karun Nair repaid the faith placed on him by captain Zaheer Khan to promote him up the order with a 42-ball-54 that saw Delhi cross the finish line against RCB without any major hiccups.

Sanju Samson has always shown he is more than just a decent bat but is yet to make a mark. Pawan Negi and Shreyas Iyer complete a young top order, but Iyer's form has been alarming, managing just 3 runs in three matches, including two ducks and having played a total of 12 balls. It will be interesting to see if Zaheer gives the nod to Delhi’s top scorer of last season in this clash. JP Duminy is as sensible as he is explosive but has only played the last match.

Hard-hitting Carlos Brathwaite too has been short on opportunities, but he gives a polished outlook to that middle-order. Amit Mishra has been their star bowler with 5 wickets so far, including a 4-wicket haul against Punjab, but was wicketless against RCB. Both Mohammad Shami and Chris Morris have shown great death-over-bowling.

Zaheer Khan may have lost his magical touch, but he can make the new ball swing enough to cause the batsmen discomfort. However, on a pitch that has favoured spinners so far, Jayant Yadav may come in for Shami and Zaheer might be tempted to play Imran Tahir as the fourth foreigner instead of Brathwaite.

Mumbai had an early blow as their opener Lendl Simmons was ruled out of the tournament with an injury after the very first match. Parthiv Patel has opened in his place, but while he has been getting decent starts, he has been eating up too many deliveries. Rohit Sharma might be tempted to go for former Under-19 captain Unmukt Chand.

The captain himself has played two match-winning knocks of 84 and 62 in the other three matches, he has managed a combined score of just 19. Ambati Rayudu has been in good form, managing a half-ton against Sunrisers Hyderabad and getting starts in the rest. The hard-hitting Jos Butler though will have to play more such innings like the  one (match-winning 22-ball-41)  against the Knight Riders.

Kieron Pollard just has just one score in double figures which is his unbeaten 19-ball-40 in the victory against RCB. In all the other three matches he has batted, his score has never exceeded 1. Hardik Pandya has been poor with both the bat and ball. Krunal Pandya has been a revelation, however, as he is showing great all round skills, scoring two unbeaten knocks of 20 and 49 and also picking up 3 wickets. He will definitely be a man to watch out for.

Both their foreign bowlers, Tim Southee and Mitchell McClenaghan have been expensive, but can be really difficult to play on their day. It does not seem likely that Rohit Sharma will tamper with this combination. The same goes for Jasprit Bumrah, who has taken crucial wickets, but has also been expensive in the process. Spin-wizarding veteran Harbhajan Singh has been fairly economical as compared to the rest, so no changes there either.
