Delhi Daredevils unveiled their brand new jersey for IPL 7 today, in partnership with Quikr, India’s largest online and mobile classifieds portal.

For unveiling the jersey, DD skipper Kevin Pietersen was present along with vice-captain Dinesh Karthik, bought by the franchise for Rs. 12.5 crore in the auctions, and coach Gary Kirsten.

This is Quikr’s first foray into IPL. On the occasion, Pranay Chulet, CEO and founder of Quikr said he’s hopeful for a long-term partnership with Delhi Daredevils owners GMR group.

“Although I cannot talk about the details of the contract but we are hopeful that it will be a long-term association with Delhi Daredevils which will prove to be mutually beneficial to both the parties,” Chulet was quoted by IBNLive.

“This is an ideal opportunity for us to engage the Daredevils fans via Quikr platform. I believe that just like Quikr’s growth in recent years the Daredevils will also grow from strength to strength in the upcoming edition of IPL,” added Delhi Daredevils CEO Hemant Dua.

Delhi Daredevils play their first match on April 17 against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Sharjah.
