Delhi dismiss Haryana for 138, lead by 98

New Delhi, Nov 22 (IANS) Delhi bowled out Haryana for 138 in their first innings to take control of their Ranji Trophy match at the Roshanara Ground here Friday. Ishant Sharma picked up five wickets for the home team.

Delhi were 35 for no loss at stumps on day two after bowling out Haryana for 138, thanks to Ishant (5/29) and medium pacer Rajat Bhatia (4/32). Unmukt Chand (9 not out) and Gautam Gambhir (26 not out) were in the middle with their team leading by 98 runs.

The hosts, resuming at 194 for eight in their first innings, could only add seven runs to their overnight first innings total.
