Eoin Morgan surpasses Graham Gooch to become England's leading runscorer in ODIs against Australia
The England skipper Eoin Morgan surpassed the former cricketer Graham Gooch to become the leading run-scorer for England against Australia.
Morgan achieved the feat in the fourth ODI match against Australia at Headingley, where he scored 92 runs to ensure a win for his side and level the series. And England also recorded their highest ever run chase against Australians.
Graham Gooch had scored 1395 runs against Australia from 32 matches. Morgan currently has 1417 runs against his name. With three 50 plus scores in the last three matches, Eoin Morgan is on song and as far as England is concerned, they would want it to continue and win the final match on Sunday to end a great summer for England.
