Clarke then walked out at number 6 to join Andrew Symonds who was batting conciously after coming in at 5. Clarke batted fluently without any kind of trouble. Though limelight was taken away by the muscular 156 of Symonds but Clarke’s class was always adorable. He scored 82 not out of just 77 balls to end the innings at 322. The Game had a nail bitting finish. Australia pulled out a thriller by a close margin of just 2 runs.
