Gibraltar vs Luxembourg T20I Series 2023: Full schedule, squads, match timings and live-streaming details
Gibraltar and Luxembourg are all set to meet each other for a two-match T20I series on October 15. The Luxembourg cricket team will tour Gibraltar for two T20Is, with both games being played on the same day and at the same venue i.e. Europa Sports Complex in Gibraltar.
In terms of ICC Men’s T20I rankings, Gibraltar is in the 77th position while Luxembourg is a little ahead in the 66th position. While the latter appears to be a stronger side on paper, the home side has the ability to roughen a feather or two.
Gibraltar’s overall track record in the past five T20Is is impressive, winning thrice while suffering defeats against Estonia and Malta. They found success in the recently concluded T20I series when they hosted Serbia. The home side rolled over Serbia and clinched the series by a 2-0 margin.
On the other hand, Luxembourg is in the midst of a rough patch. In their last five T20I games, the team has suffered defeats thrice while only registering two wins against Romania and France.
They took part in the Valletta Cup in July where they finished just above rock bottom in the table and were outclassed in almost all departments. As they look to start afresh, Luxembourg need to regroup and head into this series against a fairly formidable T20I side.

Gibraltar and Luxembourg haven’t faced each other in the T20I format so far. As we look forward to an evenly poised contest, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
However, considering the home advantage for Gibraltar, the home side may just have the edge over the visitors but we can never articulately anticipate how things shape up in the upcoming T20I series.
