Harbhajan Singh to act in Akshay Kumar's Punjabi film

Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh must be feeling good about staging a comeback to the Indian team for the upcoming four-match Test series against Australia. But there is another thing that could just become another passion.

Well, ‘Bhajji’ is all set to make his acting debut in Bollywood heartthrob Akshay Kumar’s Punjabi flick Ba Ji In Problem. The movie is jointly produced by Akshay Kumar and Ashvini Yardi’s company Grazing Goat Productions.

It is not known what would be Harbhajan’s role in the film, but it is learnt that the Indian offie might perform a cameo role.

The cricketer will be part of the film, which also features Punjabi actors Gippy Grewal and Gurpreet Ghuggi among others.

It may be mentioned here that Harbhajan recently launched his own production house named ” Bhajji and Madan Production.” The cricketer’s production house would be producing two Punjabi films initially but Bhajji had made it clear that he won’t act in his movies except for guest appearances.

The Indian cricketer had intimated that work on his first film would start around April or May. It has been decided that Sumeep Kang, who directed Punjabi movie “Carry on Jatta”, would be the director of his first movie.
