How cricketers are wishing their dads and spending Father's Day
The third Sunday of June has been widely recognised the world over as Father's Day, celebrating fatherhood and the influence that fathers have had on their children. The support that fathers (and parents) provide during the formative years of their kids is very crucial in how a child can go on to become a sportsperson in the future.
Many famous cricketers have been highly influenced by their fathers since they started their cricketing journey. While some cricketers might have been fortunate to be born into a cricketing family, others have had to build their reputation in the game of cricket from a very young age along with strong backing from their families.
