In which country has Rohit Sharma scored the most international 100s?
Making his international debut in 2007, Rohit Sharma has emerged as one of the greatest players to grace the cricket field. In 485 appearances, Rohit has amassed 19,276 runs at an average of 43.02, with 48 centuries to his name. He is the only player to record three double centuries in ODIs.
Rohit was appointed India's all-format captain in February 2022 and has achieved success across formats. Under his leadership, India recently lifted the T20 World Cup 2024 and emerged as the runner-ups in the World Test Championship (2021-23) and 2023 ODI World Cup.
He ended his T20I career as the most prolific batter with 4,231 runs in 159 games, with five centuries. However, the 37-year-old is still in charge of the Indian ODI and Test teams.

#5 Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka - 2
Rohit Sharma has hit two centuries each in Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka. In May 2010, Rohit Sharma registered two centuries on the trot in the Zimbabwe Triangular Series, which took place in Bulawayo. He returned with scores of 114 against Zimbabwe and 101* against Sri Lanka.
Rohit's back-to-back centuries in Sri Lanka came in August 2017. He scored 124* and 104 in Pallekele and Colombo, respectively, and played a key role as India secured a 5-0 whitewash in the ODI series.
#3 Australia - 5
'Hitman' has recorded five international centuries in Australia at venues like Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Interestingly, all of them have come in the 50-over format.
Rohit Sharma's first-ever century in Australia was recorded in January 2015 at MCG, where he scored 138 off 139 in a losing cause. A few months later, he slammed a match-winning 137 off 126 in the quarter-final fixture of the 2015 World Cup against Bangladesh at the same venue.
Rohit scored back-to-back centuries in Brisbane and Perth in January 2015; however, both came in a losing cause. Notably, the Perth fixture saw him milking a sensational 171* off 163.
His last century in Australia came at SCG in January 2019, where he scored 133 off 129 again in a losing cause.

Rohit Sharma has registered nine centuries in England at venues like Edgbaston, Headingley, Manchester, Southampton, Trent Bridge, Bristol and Kennington Oval.
The top-order batter has enjoyed playing at Edgbaston, where he has slammed three international centuries. In fact, his first hundred in the country came on this ground against Bangladesh in the Champions Trophy 2017. His 123-run knock helped India enter the final of the tournament.
Thereafter, he returned with scores of 102 and 104 against England and Bangladesh, respectively, in the 2019 World Cup at Edgbaston. During the same tournament, he hit a match-winning 140 against Pakistan.
Rohit's only T20I century in England came in Bristol, where he smoked 100* off 56 to help India secure a convincing victory.

Rohit Sharma has recorded 27 of his 48 international centuries on home soil, India. Out of them, Rohit has hit 13 centuries in ODIs, 10 in Tests and four in T20Is. The Indian Test and ODI skipper has two hundreds each in Kanpur, Nagpur, Bengaluru and Visakhapatnam.
Interestingly, all of Rohit's double centuries in ODIs have come in India. In 2013, he hit 209 against Australia in Bengaluru, 264 vs Sri Lanka in Kolkata in 2014 and 208* against Sri Lanka in Mohali in 2017.
