India 'A' coached by Rahul Dravid set to attend training camp in Bengaluru
With a grueling tour to Australia on their horizon, India ‘A’ will assemble in Bengaluru for a training camp. Coach Rahul Dravid will attend the conditioning session which is slated to be held at the National Cricket Academy (NCA).
A BCCI media release stated, “India ‘A’ team will undergo Strength and Conditioning camp at the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru from July 12 to 17, 2016. The weeklong programme aims to prepare the team for the forthcoming tour of Australia where they are scheduled to play one-day quadrangular series followed by two four-day games.”
“The camp for the Naman Ojha-led 16-member squad will be conducted by team physiotherapist, Yogesh Parmar and trainer Anand Date in conjunction with NCA chief physiotherapist, Andrew Leipus and NCA trainer Rajinikant. Coach Rahul Dravid will also address the team during the course of the camp.”

Apart from Ojha, the squad includes national hopefuls such as Shreyas Iyer, Jayant Yadav, Akhil Herwadkar as well as capped players like Varun Aaron, Axar Patel and Barinder Sran.
The tour kick starts with a quadrangular series also involving Australia 'A', South Africa 'A' and Cricket Australia's National Performance Squad (NPS) which will be followed by a couple of four-day matches against Australia ‘A’
