India to follow Champions Trophy with brief West Indies tour

India will follow up their involvement in next month's Champions Trophy with a brief limited-overs tour of the West Indies.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India and West Indies Cricket Board confirmed the itinerary of a tour that will comprise five one-day internationals and one Twenty20.

The ODIs will be played between June 23 and July 6, with Queen's Park Oval in Trinidad and Antigua's Sir Vivian Richards Stadium each hosting two contests before Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica stages the series finale.

Sabina Park will also serve as the venue for the sole T20 fixture, scheduled for July 9.

West Indies will play no part in the Champions Trophy, held in England and Wales between June 1-18, due to their lowly ODI ranking.
