The ongoing series between India and Australia has given its viewers a few nail-biting finishes until now and viewers would be expecting more of it. The second ODI saw many ups and downs throughout the matches for both the team. The Indian team would be very happy that they finished the match on the right side.

Vijay Shankar was a big plus for India both with the bat and the ball. Earlier he scored a good looking 46 and then defended 11 runs in final over. It was business as usual for Virat Kohli who scored his 40th ODI ton. Australia, on the hand, would be disappointed as it was their match to lose with the kind of start they had got.

The action now moves to MS Dhoni's home ground in Ranchi. India has till now played 4 One Day Internationals at the JSCA stadium and has won 2 out of those 4 matches. India would be looking to seal the series by winning this match.

The visitors will be worried about Aaron Finch's form. Finch has failed to score even a single half-century in this series so far. It is important for the captain to perform well for his selection the World Cup squad as David Warner will most likely be returning to the setup.

Australia would like to make a strong comeback in the series. They would be very happy with their bowling at the moment. It is their batting that has been a worry for them. Last time Australia played on this ground, Glenn Maxwell scored a fiery 92 but the match was abandoned due to rain. Australia, too, might go into the match with an unchanged XI.

Predicted Playing XI: Usman Khawaja, Aaron Finch, Shaun Marsh, Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Peter Handscomb, Alex Carey, Pat Cummins, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Nathan Lyon, and Adam Zampa.
