Indian cricketers take to social media on Mother's Day
Superstars of Indian cricket took to social media to celebrate Mother’s Day. The stars thanked their respective mothers for being the “support system” and some of them shared adorable photographs from the past.
The batting legend Sachin Tendulkar posted an old photograph of him and his mother, Rajni Tendulkar on his official Facebook page and thanked her for being there always

One of the best batsmen in the world right now, Indian cricket’s poster boy Virat Kohli also wished all mothers a very “Happy Mother’s Day” from his twitter account. The batting sensation posted a video where he thanked his “strongest support system”

The flamboyant all-rounder Yuvraj Singh posted a very adorable picture from his childhood and wrote “To the strength of my pillar thank god for such a beautiful mother I'm so lucky to have you in my life happy Mother's Day to all of you” on his official Instagram account.

If the message is translated into English, it says, “If you do not believe in the existence of God, please close your eyes for a minute and try to think of your mother. You will start believing in God.”
Sachin Tendulkar’s brother Ajit Tendulkar recently shared an interesting anecdote about their mother, “I would like to narrate an incident here. She had never watched Sachin bat at the ground except in his farewell Test (against West Indies, Mumbai in 2013), where she came on Sachin's insistence at the Wankhede stadium. She came there on all three days of the Test."
