IPL 2014 Auctions: Possible debuts of overseas players' in IPL 7

A month to go for the auctions and this Kiwi player may find himself at the centre of a bidding-war at the auction. Apart from his lusty hitting, his ability to bowl 3-4 overs regularly will prove to be in his favour. Sides like Delhi Daredevils and Sunrisers Hyderabad will be going for this southpaw.
Ben Cutting
This 6 feet 4 inches Queenslander has been doing great in the ongoing BBL. His ability to clear the boundary and get in those valuable overs may interest teams to acquire the services of the lanky Australian. In 28 T20 matches, he has picked as many wickets and also scored 216 runs at an average of 27, and a strike rate of 160. He might me a good buy for the Rajasthan Royals or the Chennai Superkings.
Jackson Bird
This Tasmanian fast bowler, who is currently leading the wicket-takers list, at the ongoing BBL may find a place in any squad in IPL 7. His 12 wickets for Melbourne Stars have just came at an average of 12, with his economy rate around 6.4. He made his debut for Australia in the boxing day Test match and took 4 wickets. Going by his pace he might be a good choice for Sunrisers and Delhi Daredevils.
Jos Butler
The Englishman, currently playing for the Melbourne Rengades, has shown great signs of becoming a good T20 player. His strike rate of nearly about 150 and his ability to hit unorthodox shots may find him a place easily. Teams like Sunrisers, Delhi and Mumbai Indians may go for the wicket-keeper batsman.
Alex Hales
This 6 feet 5 inch tall English batsman, currently playing for the Adelaide Strikers in BBL, can tonk the ball real hard. He averages 40 (strike rate 140) in international T20, which is no mean achievement. He is a part time keeper as well. He may easily find an opening slot in a team like Rajasthan or Chennai Super kings.
Reeza Hendricks
This 24-year-old South African has really got going in the Ram Slam T20 league. His recent scores include 69*, 17, 60, 60, which helps his average to a whopping 68 from 4 innings. He stays in shape when he goes for his big shots and he is an agile fielder too. With the IPL 7 most likely to be played in South Africa, he might prove to be a very good buy for any team. He will bring the experience of knowing the conditions of South Africa and that may prove to be handy.
Rilee Rossouw
The Bloemfontein left-handed batsman has been a part of IPL before, for RCB. He is now matured and has gained muscle. He has 2 fifties to his credit from 4 innings in ongoing RAM T20 league. He plays the horizontal bat shots very well, especially the pull and the hook. He might be a good buy to open with either Shikhar Dhawan or Ajinkya Rahane.
Martin Guptill
With a phenomenal average of 35 and a strike rate of 134 in 109 T20s, this man is quite underrated as a player. He is electric in the field as well. His ability to stay in-line with the ball, and hit it a long way in golfers’s style is one to be noticed. Surely, he will be an asset for every team.
