IPL 2016, RCB vs KXIP Playing 11: Probable XI for Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab(Confirmed XI)
Confirmed XI
The Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore will play host in the 50th match of the VIVO IPL 2016 between home team Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab on Wednesday. RCB have been in rampaging form in the last couple of matches as they thrashed Gujarat Lions and Kolkata Knight Riders. KXIP, however, have not had a great season and have fallen out of contention for the playoffs already. The Challengers will need to win this match in order to boost their chances to qualify for the playoffs. The Kings, on the other hand, will want to finish their tournament on a high with a couple of win under their belt.

Let's take a look at the team which is likely to play for RCB:
Batting
The RCB batting line-up has been on fire in the 2016 IPL with skipper Virat Kohli leading the list of top run-scorers. The ace batsman has already scored 752 runs, a record for the most runs in an IPL season, at an average slightly below 84. AB de Villiers has also been in incredible form and has a tally of 597 runs from 12 innings with a phenomenal strike rate of 173.54.
Wicket-keeper batsman KL Rahul has been quite the surprise package for Bangalore as he has scored 332 runs at an average of over 55, including 4 half-centuries so far. Chris Gayle, too, struck form after a few poor outings as he hit a brisk 49 in his team's previous match. The other batsmen in the team haven't had much of a role to play till now.

All-rounders
Royal Challengers Bangalore's ace all-rounder this season has been new signing Shane Watson. The Australian has been their leading wicket-taker in the tournament and has also managed to score some quick runs late in the innings. Stuart Binny has played quite a number of matches but hasn't exactly lived up to the all-rounder tag.
Bowling
Watson has performed quite well with the ball and picked up 14 wickets in 12 matches. Also, Yuzvendra Chahal has made a strong comeback after being a bit off in his first few games. The leg-spinner has claimed 12 wickets in 9 games so far with best figures of 3 for 19 and an economy rate of under 8 per over.
Pacer Sreenath Aravind has been decent in the 5 matches he has played with 6 wickets thus far. England's Chris Jordan had bowled quite poorly in his first few matches but pulled things back pretty well in the match against Gujarat Lions with exceptional of 4 for 11. Varun Aaron has not done too well, though, with just 2 wickets and an economy rate of over 9.
Probable Playing XI
Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli (c), AB de Villiers, Lokesh Rahul (wk), Shane Watson, Sachin Baby, Stuart Binny, Chris Jordan, Sreenath Aravind, Yuzvendra Chahal, Varun Aaron.
