Glimpse of the previous season's build up to the final
RCB produced some breathtaking batting efforts courtesy their superstars, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers and looked like the team to watch out for. They had a home final as well scheduled which raised hopes of witnessing a new champion.
However, the Hyderabad-based franchise was slowly churning out wins courtesy a powerful opening batsman, a certain David Warner and a master slower bowler, Mustafizur Rehman. They had the exact combinations that would irk RCB and it worked in their favour in the final with Ben Cutting proving to be the unexpected hero.
