Many youngsters like Kamran Khan and Swapnil Asnodkar were given opportunities to showcase their talent by Warne during his captaincy stint with the Royals. With his aggressive approach to the game and commendable man-management skills, the veteran is the right man to mentor an inexperienced lineup. His familiarity with the franchise and never ending hunger to win games could come in handy for the returning team.
