Afghanistan's Mohammad Nabi was the first player from his country to be picked for the IPL

Semi-finalists in the previous edition of the tournament, the Sunrisers Hyderabad have been a successful side in recent times. The composition of the Hyderabad side is mainly built along their Captain David Warner, and the franchise owners like to have overseas all-rounders and young Indian bowlers in their lineup.

Let us take a look at the five overseas players that the franchise should target.

#5 Mohammad Nabi (Afghanistan)

The first Afghan player to be picked in the Indian Premier League, Mohammad Nabi is a potential threat to the oppositions with his all-round abilities.

The off-spinner can be handy with the new ball with his off-spinning medium pacers. His speed variations are tough to pick for the batsmen. His explosive batting in the final overs of the innings is a plus point for franchises, they can use him as a floater in the batting order. Nabi is currently playing for the Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League.
