Openers
#1 Prithvi Shaw (Delhi Daredevils)
The 18-year-old opener from Mumbai has all the caliber to depose the opposition with his qualitative and quantitative batting up the order. In addition to that, he has been a steady captain and an opener for the India U-19 side.
Having scored 261 runs in the recent U-19 World Cup, Shaw has become the highest run scorer in the history of U-19 World Cup as an Indian captain. In addition to that, Shaw is the youngest ever captain to win the youth World Cup. This talented batsman has enough reserves of maturity and temperament to play an international-level league this season.

#2 Rahul Tripathi (Rajasthan Royals)
This 26-year-old opener from Ranchi took IPL 10 by a storm after having scored at a high strike rate of 146. After enjoying a great tournament under the Rising Pune Supergiant, Tripathi is one to look out for in this edition as well, this time, with the Rajasthan Royals unit.
Tripathi's decent performance in IPL-10 bagged him a 3.40 Cr deal with the franchise. Carrying his IPL credence in Vijay Hazare Trophy, Rahul laced an unbeaten 102-ball-125 in the Vijay Hazare Trophy against the last year's runners-up, Bengal.
