Guru's season fantasy team ahead of SRH vs MI: E Lewis, C Munro, I Kishan, S Dhawan, L Rahul, R Tripathi, C Morris, K Gowtham, J Bumrah (c), M Markande, B Kumar

With Sunrisers Hyderabad’s two best fantasy options in Shikhar Dhawan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar already in my side, all I have to look at for this match are options from the Mumbai Indians. Mumbai play twice in three matches, which is the fastest to two of all the Schedule Mantra rounds in this season, so it would be foolish to go in without Jasprit Bumrah, the league’s best pace bowler.

Which fantasy game are you playing this year? StarPick is the new one on the block, and it has a lot of exciting features along with millions in prize money. You can create your StarPick team here.

Rohit Sharma is the next big-ticket fantasy pick today, but he would be facing a quality bowling unit. Moreover, with a number of RCB fixtures lined up, getting him in now will both hit the budget and block a spot. Therefore, I have decided to delay his inclusion a little.

I have Evin Lewis in my team, but that is basically because I have carried him over. If you do not have him, I wouldn’t advise wasting a sub on him for this match, for the same reasons I opted against bringing Rohit in.

Ishan Kishan and Krunal Pandya’s dual skills make them more attractive uncapped options than Suryakumar Yadav, who could also be pushed down for one of the power-hitters depending on the match situation. In general, however, they all look to be good value considering how well Mumbai Indians use them. Siddarth Kaul pales in comparison to these three, as he will be up against a better batting unit this time around.

With both Pat Cummins and Jason Behrendorff ruled out for the season, Mumbai’s best shot at winning the title this year is to out bat their opponents, for which they need to bring in Ben Cutting. I don’t see that happening for a while, though. So if Hardik Pandya is fit, I expect both the sides to go in unchanged for this fixture.
