IPL 2018, KKR vs CSK: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) predicted XI against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)
As we enter into the second phase of the 2018 Indian Premier League, one team that has surprised everyone with their performances thus far has been the Chennai Super Kings.

On Friday, they take the flight to Kolkata to face the Dinesh Karthik-led Knight Riders. Here's how they could line-up for that game:
Shane Watson: When Watson was selected by the franchise in the auction, not many people found it to be a clever selection. But the former Australian all-rounder has impressed one-and-all with his showing, having made 281 runs in 8 matches with the bat and has also taken six wickets with the ball.
Faf du Plessis: The South African who has played just the two matches for the side so far will look to contribute in the upcoming matches.
Suresh Raina: Arguably the franchise's greatest player, Raina has once again been among the runs for the yellow brigade with 205 runs in 7 matches at 138.
Ambati Rayudu: With 370 runs in eight matches, Rayudu has been the franchise's most consistent batsman this year and if he can continue playing in the same manner, the recall to the Indian team could come soon.
MS Dhoni(C&WK): The resurgence of Dhoni has been one of the stories of the IPL with the former India captain showing shades of his old self both with the bat as well as on the field.
Dwayne Bravo: Bravo surprisingly has had a better time with the bat in hand than the ball, something that was not expected out of him before the season started.
Ravindra Jadeja: Halfway into the competition, Jadeja has not been able to create the same impact either with bat or ball and will look to have a better second half of the competition.
Harbhajan Singh: Against someone like Sunil Narine, Harbhajan could come into play and hopefully can get him early in the innings.
Lungi Ngidi: In his first match for the side on Monday, Ngidi was very impressive with the ball and Dhoni will expect more of the same from him.
Karn Sharma: The leg-spinner who did not get to bowl in the previous game will round off the spin trio for the side
Shardul Thakur: He might have had a poor outing so far but Shardul Thakur should get another look-in on a pitch that now assists the fast bowlers more than the spinners.
