After 38 matches, former champions Sunrisers Hyderabad will be facing the team they defeated in the final of 2016 IPL, Royal Challengers Bangalore for the first time in this year's IPL.

Sunrisers have been on a rampage at home and the Kane Williamson-led side will look to continue their good run against RCB as well.

They are coming into this game after beating Delhi Daredevils in their previous encounter by six wickets and a win against Virat Kohli's men will seal their place in the playoffs.

Let us take a look at how Sunrisers will line up against RCB later tonight.

After scoring a 45 on IPL debut against Rajasthan Royals, England opener Alex Hales scored a match-winning 45 again, this time against the Delhi Daredevils that set the platform for his team in the run chase.

Williamson will expect Hales to go out and convert his starts into big knocks.

After scoring a fifty off the very first match of this season, Shikhar Dhawan has been struggling to score runs and his elbow injury didn't do justice to his confidence as well.

With a fragile batting line-up at their disposal, SRH will be hoping that Dhawan will bounce back in style against RCB tonight.

SRH skipper Williamson has been in remarkable form for them this tournament, scoring 354 runs at an average of 51 and has quite an impressive strike rate of 130. He will look to continue his good form against RCB as well.

Manish Pandey has been struggling to get going this season and still, the right-hander is trying his best to add more stability to the middle order.

He looked in good touch against DD but unfortunately at the wrong time. He will look to make for that miss by making his former team pay later tonight.

Shakib Al Hasan brings in a lot of balance to the SRH set-up as he contributes to the team's cause with both bat and ball. He hardly got a foot wrong this season and will look to continue his good run against RCB as well.

Though Wriddhiman Saha has been brilliant as a wicketkeeper this season, he is yet to make a notable contribution with the bat. His keeping ability is what's keeping his spot in the team cemented at the moment and he will look to change that at the earliest.

Yusuf Pathan always poses a threat to the opposition with his pinch-hitting abilities and he has given a glimpse of his aggression in the tournament against Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Daredevils, SRH will be hoping that Pathan gives their innings a strong finish against RCB as well.

Ever since going for runs in two consecutive matches this season, Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan has been more lethal as he is bowling with a vengeance.

He was named the Player of the Match in SRH's match against Mumbai Indians, Kings XI Punjab and Delhi Daredevils and skipper Kane Williamson won't mind if his premier spinner comes up with such performance again.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar returned to action after recovering from a back injury in SRH's previous game against Delhi. Though he was far from his best in that clash, he will look to make amends when he takes the field against RCB.

In spite of going for runs in SRH's last game, Sandeep Sharma has been impressive for the Orange Army so far and he will be looking to give the Sunrisers a couple of early breakthroughs during the power play to make up for his failure against Delhi.

Along with Rashid Khan, Siddarth Kaul has been SRH's best bowler of the tournament so far with 12 wickets at an impressive economy of 7.13 and is in contention for the Purple Cap. He would be hoping to get back among the wickets as he ended the Delhi game wicketless and earn the Purple Cap for the season.
