IPL 2018: Suryakumar Yadav speaks about the IPL season so far
What’s the story?
It has been a nervy start for the Mumbai Indians this season as they have won only a couple of matches in the six matches played so far.
However, one of the bright sparks for the defending champions has been their newest recruit in Suryakumar Yadav who has been given the role of the opener and has been making full use of the opportunity.
“We have already forgotten the losses we had before, and it’s good we are coming here with a win and we have a lot to achieve in the tournament,” Yadav said before their match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Suryakumar also said that their win against the Chennai Super Kings came at a very crucial time for them as they had to get back to winning ways after playing seven matches.
He also spoke about the talks which were all positive in the camp as they believed that their tournament was not yet over despite the string of losses. According to him, the team played their 'A' game in the match against CSK and should look to continue the momentum.
Yadav also spoke about the match against the Royal Challengers Bangalore and said that Mumbai Indians have a formidable record against them which will give them a lot of positivity before the match.

Mumbai Indians got a great boost as they coming off the back of a convincing win against the Chennai Super Kings. However, RCB are in desperate need of a win as they are currently just below Mumbai Indians on the points table.
