IPL 2019, Kolkata Knight Riders vs Sunrisers Hyderabad: Match Preview
The second match of IPL 2019 will be played, on March 24 at 4 PM IST, between Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens Kolkata.
SRH were the runners-up of IPL 2018 while KKR finished third in the table. Last year when these teams met each other in the group stages, they managed to win one match each. However, in the second qualifier, SRH defeated KKR by 14 runs to make into the finals.
Both have met each other 15 times in IPL. KKR won 9 of them and SRH managed to win 6. Overall, KKR have won the title twice while SRH managed to do it once.

Kolkata Knight Riders - Sunil Narine
Sunil Narine is one of the key players for KKR. In IPL 2018, he picked 17 wickets from 16 matches. He has also contributed 357 runs with the bat. It will be interesting to see whether KKR will continue to use him at the top batting order as they did in last year.
Sunrisers Hyderabad - Rashid Khan
Rashid Khan is one of the best spinners in the modern era of cricket. In IPL 2018, he has picked 21 wickets from 17 matches, at an economy rate of 6.68. He had a good BBL this year with 19 wickets from 14 matches. He will be definitely looking forward to continuing his form and, it will be interesting to see how KKR batsmen are going to tackle this young spinner.
