IPL 2019: One player from each team who can be the Emerging Player of the Season
IPL presents a great opportunity to young players to make a name for themselves in world cricket. A couple of eye-catching performances in the IPL can do a world of good for the young stars. Over the years, players who have done well in the IPL have gone on to become world beaters.
The most promising talent of the season is named the Emerging Player of the Season at the end of the tournament every year. Some big names have won this prestigious award in the past. Here is the list of players who have won this award.

The criteria that will make a player eligible for winning the award are:
1) Born after April 1, 1993
2) Played 5 or fewer Test matches
3) Played in 25 or fewer IPL matches (as of the start of the season)
4) Not previously won the Emerging Player Award

#8 Chennai Super Kings - Deepak Chahar
Deepak Chahar was entrusted with the responsibility of bowling with the new ball in 2018. Chahar responded brilliantly and troubled the batsmen with his swing and took early wickets.
Following his spectacular season with CSK, the Rajasthan seamer was picked in the national side too. He is a regular in the India A side. CSK will be expecting Chahar to continue his good run in the IPL in 2019 as well.
