Yuvraj Singh has already etched his name in history as one of the best T20 players in the world. Yuvraj smashing Stuart Broad for six sixes in an over during the inaugural World T20 was just an example of his now legendary batting style. He is mostly known for his fearless batting style, trying to knock every ball over the boundary line.

The Indian Premier League has worked as the perfect platform for him to showcase this fearless batting style. He has been in his best form in the IPL right from the opening season of 2008 itself. Yuvraj played the opening season of IPL for Kings XI Punjab. Yuvi had a great start to this mega-event as he scored 299 runs from 15 matches in IPL 2008.

However by 2019, Yuvraj has so far played for five franchises (Kings XI Punjab, Pune Warriors India, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Daredevils and Sunrisers Hyderabad) and Mumbai Indians will be his sixth franchise this year. Yuvi has so far scored 2,652 IPL runs from 2008 to 2018 with his highest score being 82 runs.

He has also done wonders for his side with his bowling skills. He has grabbed 32 IPL wickets so far with his career best figures of 4/29.

#3 66* (32) vs Delhi Daredevils, 2011

Pune Warriors India was the second franchise for which Yuvraj Singh played for, after Kings XI Punjab. Playing for the side, Yuvraj Singh‘s best innings came in the 16th match which took place between Pune Warriors India and Delhi Capitals (then Delhi Daredevils). After batting first, the Pune boys posted a huge score of 187 runs on the board with the help of Yuvraj’s quick fire innings.

Yuvraj came to bat at number four for his side and remained unbeaten till the end at the score of 66 runs. He scored the runs at a strike rate of 206.25 as he took just 32 balls to score 66 runs. This innings consisted of four fours and five sixes but the match ultimately ended in favour of the Delhi side as they won the match by three wickets.
