Day 2 of the auctions witnessed everything from massive bids to damp squibs. Rajasthan Royals delivered the most stunning blow of the auctions when they signed Jaydev Unadkat for a whopping 11.5 crores, making him the most expensive Indian player.

There were some extremely smart buys as well though, with the likes of Evin Lewis, Washington Sundar and Nathan Coulter-Nile going for relatively cheap sums.

Chris Gayle was made to sweat, going unsold for as many as two rounds before finally finding a suitor in the Kings XI Punjab.
