IPL Auctions 2018: Full team list and players sold
The two-day mega auctions for the upcoming seasons had its own share of shock, surprises, and cash splurge. It was a good time to be young Indian players, it was even better if you are an Indian spinner and a wicket-keeper.
While Ben Stokes was the most expensive player with 12.5 crores for Rajasthan Royals, Jaydev Unadkat emerged as the most expensive Indian player. The left-arm seamer will also play for Rajasthan.
Karnataka offspinner K Gowtham set the ball rolling perfectly early in the day as he started a bidding war and was eventually snapped up Rajasthan Royals for a just below a million dollars.
CSK bought 25 players, but alas have INR 6.5 crores left, which will now be useless!
