The history of Intex itself is a rather interesting one. Keshav's father Narendra Bansal started out as an audio/video cassette trader in 1980s. Slowly and steadily Narendra Bansal moved on to capture the fast growing market of IT accessories, audio speakers, music systems, home theatres etc.

Keshav is known for his fashion sense and one could see him sporting a neat stubble and wearing diamond studs. He has a love for accessories and loves collecting belts, shoes, sunglasses and watches. His favourite colours are orange and blue which are now the jersey colours for the Gujarat Lions.
Bansal was previously in discussions with the BCCI over on-ground sponsorships and since then has gone on to become the youngest team owner of the Indian Premier League. It is said that when Keshav became privy to the news that BCCI wanted to induct two new teams for the IPL, it took him just 20 minutes get the nod for a go-ahead from his father Narendra Bansal.
Keshav Bansal was expectedly thrilled and elated to own an IPL team from Rajkot. The reason behind his excitement is the fact that Keshav's mother hails from Rajkot.
Keshav is seen these days cheering vociferously for his side in each and every game. One thing is for certain, this IPL will provide him the perfect platform from where he can take his brand to the ultimate heights with some aggressive marketing.
