Kevin Pietersen seeks 'urgent help' for visa from Indian External Affairs Ministry on Twitter
Sacked England cricketer Kevin Pietersen has taken to Twitter to seek explanation from India’s Ministry of External Affairs regarding his visa for which his passport has been in the Indian High Commission in London since past 10 days.
Pietersen, who was sacked by England after the Ashes whitewash down under, was bought by his old franchise Delhi Daredevils in the IPL auctions this year. Today, he tweeted this to his more than 1.6 million followers on Twitter:
Trying to travel to India urgently & the Indian Embassy has had my passport for 10days for a 24hr service. Help @MEAIndia, @IndianDiplomacy?

Pietersen, hugely popular in India, and a key player of Delhi Daredevils, has been a regular traveller to India, and it is indeed surprising that it has taken this long to process his visa application.
