The Warriors will be captained by the 26-year old Manish Pandey, who is currently playing in the Quadrangular A-team one-day series in Mackay, Australia. The final of the tournament will be played between India A and Australia A.
The Karnataka Premier League 2016 kicks off with the opening match between Bellary Tuskers and Belagavi Panthers on September 16. It will be followed by the second match between Bijapur Bulls and Rockstars. The inaugural edition of the KPL was made in 2009.
